Emilie Phillips – Upper Nanamocomuck AMC Ski Trip Leader since 2009, PSIA certified Nordic downhill ski instructor, cross country and Telemark skier
Erik Endrulat – Co-leading trips with the AMC-NH Chapter since 2016. Grew up cross country and alpine skiing, now primarily a telemark and nordic skier. Enjoys getting out and exploring with skins and scales during the winter, and by bike and foot during the other seasons.
Winter “skier only” access to Glacier Point, Yosemite NP, February 22, 2009 Grigory Petrov is originally from Russia and has been cross-country skiing, whether or not he wanted to, since his early school years. An AMC member since 2000, he still likes skiing on and off the track and has taken his cross-country skis on backcountry and hut-to-hut trips in Quebec, Maine, the Sierras, and, of course, the woods of NH. With a wonderful smile, Grigory is a caring teacher and enjoys the company of others on his trips.
J R Petrus has been carving turns on the East Coast hard pack since he was 5. After a brief stint of alpine ski racing in college, he took up backcountry skiing to escape the crowds of on-piste skiing. He’s an experienced climber, an Eagle Scout, and is AAIRE Level I certified. He enjoys AT, telemark, and raising two of his own mountain-porters-in-training.
Jed Eliades – Chic Chocs, Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec – AMC Ski Trip Leader and Instructor for 25 years, telemark skier.
.Jen Gross – Enjoying the powder – AMC Ski Trip Leader for 5 years, AT (alpine touring) skier.
Joel Sadler, an avid back-country and cross country skier who loves the forest trails and woods of NH, and has been skiing in the region for over 40 years. Joel loves the seasons that NH offers to residents and visitors alike. When not skiing, Joel is a volunteer land steward for the Forest Society and a full-time Safety Engineer for a company in Massachusetts. Think Snow!
Katherine (Casy) Calver – Mt Adams June 2016 © Paul Fleming – Learned to ski when she was 7 but didn’t discover her backcountry obsession until she moved to New England in 2009. Primarily an A/T skier, she also dabbles in skimo racing, telemark, nordic, and everything in between!
Larry Veal – Sherbourne trail, Mt. Washington – AMC Ski Trip Leader for 10 years, PSIA certified nordic downhill ski Instructor, telemark skier

Marty has been a ski instructor at Cardigan since 2009 and a ski leader since 2010. He is now working on the state high-points as part of his 100-year plan, after finishing the NH winter 4K-ers a few years back. Marty loves to be anywhere outdoors; hiking, climbing, backcountry skiing, cycling or running.
Nik Fiore – Lincolns Throat – Co-leading trips with AMC-NH Ski Committee since 2015. Grew up alpine skiing the Whites, skied the Greens during college, spent few years in the Rockies, and move back East in 2008. Added tele to the mix 10+ years ago and jumped on the AT bandwagon in 2014. Keeps looking to ski lines that he didn’t know existed when he was a kid.
Paul Pinkham – Mt Washington Ammonoosuc Ravine ski trip, March, 2013 – A lifelong skier, Paul was introduced to telemark skiing in 2004 and is now raising heel as a PSIA certified tele ski instructor. He’s been an AMC-NH Ski Committee leader since 2010. The quiet, determined hike up, watching the day reveal it’s plan. A flood of relief at reaching the end of the climb, and a well-earned snack. Then the rush and exhilaration of a drop into the steeps, the whisper of powder in a glade, chest heaving with giddy laughter, playing where few people ride, the beauty and satisfaction of earning your turns. Not to mention the easy camaraderie of the group! Add no lift line OR ticket, and if that speaks to the classic skier (or rider, lol) in you, come join us in the backcountry!  Paul is a co-chair of the Ski Committee.
